Product Care

D'Argenta Statues & Home Decor products are to be cleaned only with a soft piece of cloth to remove any dust. No metal polishers or cleaning agents should be used.

D'Argenta Statues & Home Decor Products are protected by a strong lacquer that prevents silver tarnishing and protects it as a whole.

Lifetime guarantee: Covers manufacturing and materials defects for the life of the piece. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear.
Registry and authenticity: We keep an internal record of every piece we produce, searchable by serial number, and will confirm a piece’s authenticity on request.
Worldwide shipping: Free on orders over $2,000 USD; below that, calculated at checkout. Every shipment is insured.
Personal advice: An art advisor can guide you, and we can show you the piece over a video call before you decide. Both on request.

Damaged on arrival

Record the delivery and the opening of the package (a continuous video is best) and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We then repair or replace the piece.
