This Privacy Policy describes how DARISA S.A. de C.V., operating as D’Argenta (“D’Argenta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from dargenta.com (the “Site”).

Simon Abraham Ampudia, acting as creative director and content contributor, assumes no personal liability for any data collected, stored, processed, or shared through this Site. All data controller responsibilities are borne exclusively by DARISA S.A. de C.V.

We may also disclose your information where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of D’Argenta, our customers, or others.

4.  DATA RETENTION

 

 

We retain Order Information for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with applicable tax and commercial law requirements in Mexico. Marketing email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Device and analytics data are subject to Google Analytics’ and Google Ads’ standard retention settings, which you can review in their respective privacy policies.

5.  INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

 

 

D’Argenta is based in Mexico. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States, where our service providers (Stripe, Google, Wix) operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your own.

For transfers of data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Stripe and Google participate in applicable cross-border data transfer frameworks. You can obtain a copy of the applicable transfer mechanism by contacting us at contact@dargenta.com.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Object to or request restriction of our processing of your data

  • Request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format

  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

 

All other users

Depending on your country or state of residence, you may have similar rights under local law. We will honour all reasonable data rights requests to the best of our ability regardless of jurisdiction.
